Robert Rhoads Obituary
28, of E. Canton passed away Friday, Feb. 17th., in the Cleveland Metro Hospital, following an auto-pedestrian accident that occurred Thursday, Feb. 16th., in Louisville. Robert was born in Wheelersburg, Ohio, on June 13, 1983, and had lived in Louisville most of his life. Employed as a cement finisher for Richmond Concrete Construction of Carrollton; and attended Crystal Park Wesleyan Church of Canton.
Survived by his parents, Alicia A. (Ann) Rhoads of E. Canton and Harland L. (Smokey) Rhoads Jr. of Carrollton; grandparents, Harland and Priscilla Rhoads Sr. of Wheelersburg; one brother, Anthony (Jennifer) Rhoads of the home; two half-sisters, Amber Rhoads of Louisville, Kayla Rhoads of Carrollton; two half-brothers, Smokey Joe Rhoads of Louisville, Lewis Rhoads of Carrollton; two step sisters, Emily (Shaun) Smith of Louisville, Crystal Rankin of Missouri; one niece, five nephews including Davin, Dylan, Colton; his longtime girlfriend, Jenny Allison of Louisville; and numerous other family and friends. Preceded in death by grandparents, Bob and Luvenia Mayle.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 24th., in the Crystal Park Wesleyan Church, 2300 Mahoning Rd. N.E., Canton, with Rev. Robert W. Bolis officiating. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, also in the church. Burial at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Louisville. Add your condolences on our website at:

Bobby I will miss you forever! I may not of been around as much the last couple of years, but when I did come down, I knew the times with you would be a blast and never forgotten! To the Rhoads family, all I can say is I'm very sorry for your loss. Once a family chain is broken, it will always feel empty until you all reunite in Heaven and relink the chain. Rest assured Verla is with Bobby and my prayers are with all of you here. When we lost Christopher, there seemed to be no end up and all the sympathies meant nothing. When ppl asked what could they do...I told them unless they could put my boy in front of me healthy again, I needed nothing.... God has taught me to celebrate the times we had together and a few of us still light a candle every night for him. Trust me, we now have proof that he is still with us in our various homes at odd times sending all of us the exact things...dimes and feathers... Bobby isn't gone from ur life, he's still here, u just can't see him. When he wants u to...u will..... God bless u all. Love u guys
