A memorial celebration of Steve's life will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. Friday, August 13, 2021, at Atkinson Feucht Hare Funeral Home in Massillon. Pastor Galen Oakes II will officiate. The family will receive condolences prior to the service on Friday from 5-6:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Your memories and condolences are always welcome and may be added to our on-line guestbook at

Only the fondest of memories of Steve going back to our early days at York Elem. A superb athlete, a few on our softball team dubbed him "Hoover" because of his ability to play shortstop and scoop up everything hit his way. Witnessed his generosity firsthand and truly will be missed. Thank you for your friendship Steve.
