THOMAS KEIM Obituary
83, of Jackson Township, went home to be with Jesus and his beloved wife Barbara on Dec. 20, 2017 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Born on June 26, 1934 to his parents, Claude and Elizabeth (Reichard) Keim who preceded him in death. He worked for Timken and Sugardale for over 30 years before he opened a Kraus' Pizza in Hartville with his wife, Barbara. He was a devout Catholic and loved gardening and being at home with his family.
Preceded in death by his brothers, "June" (Freddie) Keim, Bob (Ann) Keim; sister, Pat (John) Slish; and daughter-in-law, Jill Keim. He leaves behind his children, Tom (Shari), Craig, Mark, Lynne, and Paul (Jeannine) Keim; grandchildren, Stefan, Aimee, Kaydee, Christopher, Ashley, Bryanna, Logan, and Isabella; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Savannah, Addison and Olivia in addition to many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank St. Luke's of North Canton and Great Lakes Caring Hospice for the loving care they provided for Thomas. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, 3430 St Michael Dr. NW Canton, Ohio 44718 and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. The Schlup Pucak Funeral Home is honored to serve the Keim family.
