Troy Cartwright Obituary

Troy J. Cartwright

age 57 passed away Monday August 23, 2021, in the Lantern of Saybrook, Ashtabula, OH. He was born March 16, 1964, in Canton to Glen and Audra Alice (Robinson) Cartwright. Troy was a 1982 graduate of Canton South High School and formerly employed by YRC Freight. He was a member of Montrose Zion United Methodist Church, Fairlawn, OH and the Teamsters Local #24.

He is preceded in death by his father, Glen Cartwright in 2015. Troy is survived by five children, Jonathon (Emily) Cartwright, Stephanie (Scott) Coblitz, Zachary (Jessica) Cartwright, Kevin Cartwright and Mary (Mike) Gruman; six grandchildren, Benjamin, Hadley, Adam, Glen, Bailey and Genevieve; his mother, Alice Cartwright; three brothers, Ted (Betty) Cartwright, Timothy Cartwright and Thomas Cartwright.

A service in the chapel at Sunset Hills Burial Park will be Friday August 27, 2021, at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Troy's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Condolences or fond memories may be shared online at www.sandersfuneralhomes.com.
