Alice Judge Obituary



Alice Elizabeth Judge died at her home in Edgewater, MD on October 4, 2014. Born in New York City, she was a parishioner of St. Andrew's R.C. Church, member of the KofC Columbiette's Regina Mundi Council #3969 and lifelong resident of Clifton, NJ until illness brought her to Maryland to recuperate with family. Alice was a Registered Nurse trained at St. Vincent's Hospital in NYC and practiced private and industrial nursing for over 20 years. Predeceased by her husband William A. Judge; upon his death in 1987 she worked at St. Brendan R.C. Church until 2013. Alice's love of books was appreciated by many as she volunteered at community schools and libraries throughout her life. She is survived by her loving son John, his wife Susan, and four beautiful grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Hospice of the Chesapeake. You were as beautiful as the cologne you wore. I always knew when you walked into church.........that wonderful essence called Beautiful. My mother wore it. How often I told you that. You will be missed.
