She was a member of the South County Senior Center, where she took craft and line dancing classes. She had many friends there. She also enjoyed playing poker, reading books and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyce Wallace, who died in 1987; son, Charles Carlock, who died in 1985; and brother, Earl Roberson, who died in January 2011.
