Carlton Mackell, 64, of Annapolis passed away at his home on August 18, 2015. A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, August 25 at Lasting Tributes, 814 Bestgate Road, Annapolis, MD 21401, from 10 am until the start of the memorial service at 12:00 pm.
