Christopher Pilkerton Obituary
Christopher "Chris" Glenn Pilkerton, 52, a resident of Gambrills for over 13 years and previously of Chesapeake Beach, died Jan. 2, 2010 at Calvert Memorial Hospital in Prince Frederick.
Born July 19, 1957, in Leonardtown, to the late Carolyn and Louis Moreland, he worked for over 25 years for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 26. He was a member of the Annapolis Harley Owners Group. He loved his Harley and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Judy M. Pilkerton, whom he married on July 2, 1999; his children, David Alexander Pilkerton of Chicago, Ill., Ashley Marie Harding of Dover, Del., and Jamie Lynn Rexroat of Gambrills; a brother, of Lawrence "Lenny" Pilkerton Jr. of Roanoke, Va.; two grandchildren, Kyleigh and Hailey Harding; and three nieces.
Friends are invited to Chris' Life Celebration from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens.
