Emilio George Mele on January 13, 2017 of Crownsville, MD He is survived by his wife of 50 years Janet Mele, son Joseph and daughter in law Melinda. Mr. Mele was born in Carbondale, PA on July 22, 1943. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1965 with a degree in history and political science. His career at NSA spanned 30 years from 1965-1995. After retiring he and his wife travelled to more than 40 countries. He was a member of the Blue Gray Military Preservation Association. He restored military vehicles and judged military vehicles for the annual military vehicle show in Aberdeen, MD a lifelong interest in cars, owning almost 100 of them during his life. His latest was a 1987 C 4 Corvette. Relatives and friends may call at the Hardesty Funeral Home, P.A. 851 Annapolis Road Gambrills, MD 21054 on Wednesday January 18, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 351 Hilltop Lane, Annapolis, MD 21403. Dear Mele family, we are sorry for your loss, but always remember that God is ready to help you during this difficult time, like the bible says in Numbers 6:26 "May God lift up his face toward you and assign peace to you"!
