My heartfelt thoughts and prayers to the Andrews Clan. Even though we lived many miles away and didn't get together often, as a Neenan cousin I remember Uncle Frank - a wonderful and kind person. We were blessed to have him as part of our lives.

If children are a reflection of what kind of people the father and mother are then Frank Andrews was just as much a success in every aspect of his personal life as he was in his professional life. The Andrews are a Wonderful, welcoming family who will never let the love and spirit of this fine man go unforgotten. We wish you comfort in your time of loss until you meet again.

Frank was a contemporary of my father, Admiral Walter Welham. He was also my technical advisor for my first class term paper at USNA in '62. I played on the Navy Soccer team and he was our Officer Representative. Frank was a great man and will be sorely missed.

What an amazing gift to read the story of a man whose life exemplified the ideals of family, service, and perseverance. God certainly blessed his family and his country with his life. May he now be equally blessed by Our Father in heaven. Prayers and blessings to all. Love you, Mary!

As his daughter Mary's classmate, I had no idea she was from such a distinguished Navy family. Have a feeling her humility came from her Dad. I send my sympathy and wish many blessings to the entire Andrews Clan.
