Frank, We will miss you. You might have been away from USNA, but your service to the Midshipmen and to the faculty and staff was unfailing. Your guidance, and more so your sense of humor carried many of us through some long days. Go Navy!!!

Frank was ending his career at the Naval Academy as I was beginning mine and warmly welcomed me into the department. He was a delightful, funny, kind man who loved to sing, teach chemistry, and tell jokes, preferably all at once! I will miss you Frank!
