I worked with Joe at Rustlers. Just a great guy. Always kind and ready for a laugh. God bless and RIP, Cowboy

I loved working with Joe -- he was a force of nature with a great sense of humor! His family was everything to him. He was so proud of his children and loved being a grandfather. He was also protective of his work family, especially the people who worked in the restaurants.
I hope he is happily reunited with his parents and Joey. My condolences to Joe's family and everyone who loved him.

I spent three amazing years with him. He was a happy spirited great man. I will miss him so much. My daughter Meghan really loved him also. He´s now with all the greats in sports history . He is probably bending their ears as we speak. Gods blessings upon him and his amazing family. Heartfelt love, Melanie
