Lillian Gill

Lillian Carol Gill, former executive director of the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors and a supporter of animal protection causes, died February 25, 2016. She was 82. Ms Gill, of Crownsville, went to work for the professional association in 1966 as its first salaried employee. She retired in 1991, at which time she and her husband enjoyed travels to Europe, Mexico, and Canada. She loved art, classical music, gardening, and animals. Ms. Gill was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond S. Gill. She is survived by her son Raymond Gill; daughter Suzanne Callahan; three granddaughters, Nicole Harbaugh, Bridget Callahan, and Molly Gill; and three great-grandchildren, Layden Harbaugh, Brooke Harbaugh, and Lucille Boring. A memorial service will be held at a future date. The family requests that donations be made to any organization that rescues or works to protect animal rights.
