Michael Lee Suite

(May 18, 1948 – Aug 28, 2018) Anyone that had the pleasure of being around Mike knew he lived simply, expected little and gave much. Laughter was his (peach) jam on the toast of life, it adds flavor, keeps it from becoming too dry and makes it easier to swallow. Born to James Fulton and Adeline Phipps Suite he followed in his grandfather's footsteps to become a cabinet maker for over 50 years, most recently working for The District Court of Maryland. His love for building, tinkering, fishing and telling jokes was only surpassed by his enjoyment of spending time with his grandson, Caden. His wife of 36 years, JoAnn preceded him in death in 2005. His son Morgan (Michele) and daughter Dana (Robert) share 50% of Mike's genetics and shall strive to emulate his strength and unwavering optimism for life. Mike was a resilient fighter who overcame multiple cancers before succumbing to leukemia. He leaves behind a loving family consisting of his siblings James Suite, Patricia Murray and Pamela Capezio along with their children and Cynthia Dellosa his companion. Memorial Gathering planned for Friday, August 31st from 6-8 PM Hardesty Funeral Home in Galesville MD followed by Celebration of Life Memorial Service Sat, Sept 1st at 11 AM at the funeral home.
