Tyler Schulze

Tyler Thomas Schulze, "Ty", 28, a resident of Deale, MD, passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021, in Annapolis, MD. Ty was born on September 29, 1992, in California to Erick Schulze and Dawn Cassidy. He was a graduate of South River High School and a member of Cedar Grove United Methodist Church in Deale. Ty worked as a plumber and many of the construction trades. Ty was an avid Washington Redskins fan; he also enjoyed dirt biking, cooking, and fantasy football. He enjoyed working with his hands fixing things and spending time with his family and friends. Ty was preceded in death by his grandmother, Anna May Blackstock. Ty is survived by his parents Dawn Cassidy of Edgewater and Erick Schulze of Las Vegas, NV, his former spouse, Rachel Burton, and his siblings; Carolina Cassidy, Angel, Christie, Erick Jr., Aaron, Amanda, Oliver, Kyla, and brothers-in-law Douglas, Kenny, and Joseph. He is also survived by his grandfather, Craig Haynie. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ty's life on Sunday, September 12, 2021, from 11 am to 1 pm and then again from 3 pm until 5 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cedar Grove United Methodist Youth Ministry, 5965 Deale Churchton Rd., Deale, MD 20751. Online condolences at:
