Virginia Vroblesky Obituary

Virginia "Ginny" Louise Vroblesky, age 94, passed away peacefully, at home, on July 7, 2017. She was a loving, caring mother who was more concerned about the welfare of others than herself. She was a very dear, special friend to her husband for 72 years when she married in 1945. Together they shared an exciting military life in the US Air Force for 20 years, living and traveling in many countries. After moving to Annapolis in 1962, she worked diligently to help support her family, first as a seamstress at Johnson's on the Avenue, and then as a Tupperware manager. She was involved in many Bible studies and was among the first to attend the Evangelical Presbyterian Church when it began meeting at West Annapolis Elementary School. She was born on June 26, 1923 in Mahan, West Virginia, one of seven children, to Charles and Lydia Walker. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Alexander Vroblesky; one daughter, also named Virginia Louise Vroblesky; two sons Don, and his wife Donna, and Jon and his wife Susan; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In addition she is survived by a sister-in-law, Delores Walker and numerous nieces and nephews. Her memorial service will be held on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 710 Ridgley Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21401, and will begin at 11:30 am. Contributes in memory of Ginny can be made to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
