Alicia Charnigo Obituary

Alicia Lynn Charnigo (Young), 45, of East Berlin, PA, passed away December 13, 2023 at UPMC Hanover after spending 28 days in a coma. She was born, February 15, 1978 in Trenton, Ontario, Canada and grew up in Belleville, ON, Canada. She was the adopted daughter of Grant and Debrah Young (Moyle) of Belleville, ON. She was a graduate of Centennial High School in Belleville. She moved to the USA in 1999 and had been a US resident ever since. She is survived by her husband Charles A Charnigo and children Jacob G, Anna M. Charnigo, and Luke R. Seech, all of East Berlin, and brother Robert Young and his partner Jennifer Duncan of Cumberland, BC, Canada. She was a loving and supportive mother of her children and their activities, notably baseball and figure skating. She was also a lover of animals, especially frogs, and had many types of pets over her lifetime. She was very proud of her body art she acquired over the last 30 years. She enjoyed watching figure skating and rooting on the Ravens, Capitals and her beloved Toronto Maple Leafs. There will be a celebration of life planned at a later date.
