Arthur Richard "Rick" Lego

1956 - 2024

On Friday, March 8, 2024, Arthur Richard "Rick" Lego, 67, passed away at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York. He was the loving husband of Deborah Lego for 37 years. Rick was born on November 30, 1956 in Baltimore, MD to the late Arthur B. and Mary C. (O'Brien) Lego. He retired from Lego Construction after 35 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family, teaching karate as a 4th degree black belt, traveling in the RV with his wife, and his most recent interest of identifying tree species, felling them and stockpiling firewood. Rick graciously and selflessly contributed his time and expertise in completing, from start to finish, home projects for his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; two sons, Ethan B. Lego and significant other Meghan, and Colin R. Lego and significant other Lisa; one brother, Timothy B. Lego; brother-in-law Richard Miller and wife Sarah; nieces and nephews Andy, Matt, Erika and Matt; sister-in-law Joyce, and many other loving family members. Rick was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister-in-law, Deborra Lego. Public viewings will be held on Thursday, March 14, from 6 pm to 8 pm and again on Friday, March 15, from 10 am until a funeral service begins at 11 am at Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 53 Main St., Glen Rock, PA. Interment will be private.
