Catherine Knight Obituary
Catherine Knight, age 55, of Eldersburg, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 at Sinai Hospital, Baltimore. Born March 18, 1961, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Louis Raymond Jones and Sandra Cordellia Greenholt Jones. She was the former wife of Kenneth Knight, Jr. Catherine had worked at Safeway, Eldersburg as a cashier for 11 years. She enjoyed being around people, going to Bingo, playing Canasta and visiting the local livestock auction. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Samantha Knight of Jacksonville, NC; daughter, Jennifer Knight of Eldersburg; brothers, L. Michael Jones of Waldorf and Stephen Jones of Owings Mills; sisters, Delynn Archer of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Patricia Kibler of Arbutus; and grandchildren, Kevin, Nicholas and Noah. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 to 5pm and Monday from 10 to 11am at the Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Marriottsville.
