David Tibbs Obituary
David McKinley "Dave" Tibbs, 55, of Westminster, died Monday, April 7, 2014, at Carroll Hospital Center.
Born June 30, 1958, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Thomas E. Tibbs Sr. and Florence Esther Shatzer Tibbs.
He was a 1977 graduate of Westminster High School and had worked for Asplund Tree Service.
Surviving are son and daughter-in-law Chad Tibbs and Katelyn Ben-Meyer, of Westminster; sister and brother-in-law Terry E. and Chuck Lee, of Augusta, W.Va.; a grandson, Dorian Ben-Meyer, of Westminster; nieces Michelle Mandal and Toni Lynn Tibbs, of Biloxi, Miss.; and nephews Thomas Suddath, of Strawsburg, Va., and Luke Suddath, of Augusta.
He was predeceased by brothers Thomas E. Jr. and Michael W. Tibbs.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service, 1 p.m. Friday at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Interment will be private.

Roger and I will miss him. He was a great friend. A good man. Our memories of the good times we shared with him have come flooding back. Wish we could share them with him.....So sad, we'll miss you Dave... Much sympathy to his family and loved ones.
