1934 - 2021

Margaret Rebecca Null, age 86, of Westminster, formerly of Bushnell, FL went to be with her Lord and most of her family on Sunday, June 20, 2021. Born July 30, 1934, in Howard County, MD she was the daughter of the late Charles Burns and Eva Simms Burns. Margaret retired from Carroll Lutheran Village where she had worked for over 30 years in dietary. She loved to crochet, sew and garden. She also loved to bake, especially cakes and making candies, going to church and playing bingo. She was the loving mother of Edward "Gene" Null and his wife Linda Bixler Null of Westminster; Christian "Chris" Null of Bushnell, FL and Heidi Nicodemus Robertson and husband Darrell of Taneytown. Surviving are sisters of Betty Mahoney, Jane McQuay and brother Kenneth Burns and known as Grandma to Kyle Null and wife Hannah, Justin Null and Zachary, Mallory and Peyton Robertson She was predeceased by siblings, Doris Martin, Edith Smith, Beatrice Fleetwood, Mildred Simms, Ralph Burns and Charles Burns. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8pm at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville where a funeral service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 10am. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park.
