Can’t believe she’s been gone a year already. Miss talking to her about Smarty Jones and her Smarty babies. What a wonderful person Susan was!

Susan is a wonderful lady. She was such a powerful friend to me. We had lots of great times. It wounds my heart to think she is gone from us. The world was a better place with her in it.

Susan and I met in 1986 and we were immediate friends. For years, we spent just about every Wed-Sat evenings together hanging out at Champs and O'Tooles. In life, you usually only find 2-3 "true" friendships and I was so fortunate to have her as a true friend. She was in my wedding in 92. We took many trips to the beach together and I will cherish all of those great times and memories. Throughout the years, we did move on to our own lives but there was never a moment that a simple text or phone call didn't put us right back to the most wonderful memories of the past. She was so passionate about her Smarty Jones and her son Craig. Oh, my dearest Susan, I will miss you immensely! I will hold those special memories dear to my heart. Love you...Until we meet again...

Susan was a dear friend and law school classmate. She was a loyal person with a great sense of humor. Spoke with her in rehab over a week ago about horses, ordering the hospital staff around and her loving son Craig's new car. When she failed to return my call, knowing she was soon being released, went online expecting to see new horse photos, found her obituary instead. Heartbroken, so sad to lose her...words cannot express my sorrow. Ride on my friend, shall never forget you!!
Thanks for the memories.

I met Susan through our mutual love of Smarty Jones. I never actually met her in person, just through Social media. Through written words, I came to know her as an extraordinary person. I loved her, and will never forget her kindness.
Deepest condolences to her family.
