Travis Joe Platter

Travis Joe Platter, 27, dearly loved son of Timothy Joe and Lori (Pfoutz) Platter, passed away on December 6, 2017. He was born on November 7, 1990 in Westminster. Travis graduated from Francis Scott Key High School in 2009 along with an Automobile Service Technology-Brake Certification from the Carroll County Career and Technology Center. Travis later earned his Phlebotomy Certification from Carroll Community College and graduated from the Central Maryland School of Massage in Frederick. Travis loved life, spending time with his family, friends and his prized dog, Sawyer. Travis enjoyed being outdoors, sports including archery, football, motocross and wrenching on the Trans. In addition to his parents, Travis is survived by his Nam, Edie Pfoutz, his Granny, Thelma Bowling of Cleveland, Tennessee, and his Pap, Floyd Platter of Grantsville, Maryland. He is also survived by his Uncle Todd, Aunt Cee and Uncle Jay, Aunt Carrie, Uncle Shane, Aunt Ginger and Uncle Jay, many cherished Aunts, Uncles and cousins, and friends. Travis was predeceased by his Pop, Robert Pfoutz, Grandma, Carol Platter.
