William "Bill" Frock

William Lawyer "Bill" Frock, 74, of Westminster, died Friday, October 14, 2016, at the Dove House. Born Aug. 3, 1942 in Westminster, he was the son of the late Mary H. Frock and Ivan L. Frock. He was the loving husband of 42 years to the late Kathleen Ann Koontz Frock. Before retiring he worked as a Westminster City Police Officer, worked for the Carroll County Roads Dept. and the ARC of Carroll County. After his retirement, he worked security at Town Mall and Carroll Hospital. He served in the Army and was a member of St. Mary's United Church of Christ. He is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, John W. and Kim Frock of Westminster and Robert L. Frock and Sue Yingling of Hanover, PA, daughter and son-in-law, Karen N. Frock Petry and husband Trevor of Westminster, brother and sister-in-law, Paul Frock and wife Jeanne of Westminster, Jean Boone of Westminster, sister and brother-in-law Judy Barrick and husband Jim, grandchildren Robert J. Frock, Christopher P. Frock, Jessica L. Frock and Justin N. Frock and a great-grandson Wesley Robertson. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 17, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Richard officiating.
