Jeffrey Wilson Obituary

Jeffrey Scott Wilson of Liberty died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was 57. Born in Somerset on April 5, 1955, he was the son of the late Unis H. and Angie Tarter Wilson. He was an employee of Tarter Industries. As a young man, Jeff was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Cainstore. At the present, Jeff attended and was a member of Brush Creek Pentecostal Church. Survivors include his wife, Debra Payton Wilson; a daughter, Autumn-Dawn M. Littrell Wilson (and John-Tyler Rowe) of Somerset; a step-son, Ricky Troxell of Liberty; two step-grandchildren, Savannah and Devon Troxell; and two brothers, Stephen-Joe (and Sue) Wilson of Engle and Rex (and Cheri) Wilson of Somerset. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gilbert Wilson. Funeral services were Feb. 19 at Brush Creek Pentecostal Church with Bro. Scott Cochran and Bro. Bearl King officiating. Burial was at Whited Cemetery. Bartle Funeral Home Liberty was in charge of arrangements. www.bartlefuneralhome.com.
