Mike was one of the best I worked with over the years. He was a great guy and a great friend. He was a great visionary and helped progress the State Police during his tenure. He will be missed. Prayers for his family during this difficult time.

Mr. Sapp was my coach and scout master. He was such a positive influence on all of us in Knifley who didnt have much. We have lost him and Mr. Baker this year, and both were such great men.
