Samuel Jeffries Obituary
Glenn was a retired teacher where he taught Health and PE in Casey County and Lincoln for 32 years, also coaching basketball and baseball. He loved to fish and watch the Dodgers play ball. He took great pride in his yard work.
Glenn is survived by his wife of 50 years, Della Lee Jeffries; son, Alan (Tracy) Jeffries of Moreland; daughter, Jennifer Jeffries (Jeffrey Dale Woodrum) of Liberty; stepson, Shannon Cooley of Richmond; and five grandchildren: Jenna Bender, Derek Sallee, Emily Jeffries, Reid Jeffries, and Eli Bender.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home with Bro. Kevin Pittman officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday. Private burial will be in Middleburg Cemetery.
