Mary Wright Obituary
She is survived by her significant other, Willie Jones, one daughter, Melinda Mason, three sons, Gordon F. Wright Jr., Wayne Wright and Kenneth Wright; two sisters, Frances Shafer and husband Bobby, Barbara Hepler, brother-in-law, George Harris; nine grandchildren, Devon, Tylor, Aleisha, Tamara, David, Christina, Kyle, Dereck, Annie and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four sisters, Betty Shifflett, Cecilia Marie Morris, Patty Thacker and Martha Harris.
At her request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, please do a kind deed for someone. Mary was a caring and loving lady and she will be missed greatly everyday.
Preddy Funeral Home of Gordonsville is assisting the family.

I just wanted to say I sure do miss Mary, my sister, my friend; She is gone from our site but will never leave our hearts. Our family is sure getting small. With all my love I had to say goodbye 3 years ago today.

Mary loved bright colorful clothes and gaudy jewelry. She always had a kind smile and warm greeting for all. She would give the shirt off her back if you needed it. I could not have asked for a better loving sister. I will miss her more than words can express. My heart goes out to her children and her special daughter and son-in-law, Melinda and Les Mason. Thank you, Melinda and Les for all the loving care you gave her.
