My Grandfather always wondered why God kept him around for so many years. I do know it gave us the time to become very close and really get to know each other. He was a very strong man and taught me alot. Brave and sharp to the end. He went in his sleep as he wished and I know he is having some sweet dreams with my Grandmother. Family and the Masons were his life.I will miss him but I know he will always be with me. He touched so many lives in so many ways. We love you Grandpop but we will see you again in the future.

A wonderful man to the end. I am proud to say that I was his granddaughter. Am happy to know that he's reunited with my beautiful and loving grandmother.

Go with God and rest in peace, Grandpop.

I had the great pleasure of meeting Mr. Richards while working in the Old Fort area years ago...he always had wonderful stories to tell about his fishing experiences in the Penns Valley area and else where. So sorry to hear about your loss.
