Christopher D. Pyle

Christopher D. Pyle April 24, 1975 -August 3, 2007 Christopher D. Pyle 32, of Zion, passed away Friday August 3, 2007, at his home. Born April 24, 1975 in State College, he is the son of Christopher C. Pyle and Margaret Shope Pyle who both survive in Zion. Christopher was a 1993 graduate of the Bellefonte Area High School and he also went on to attend the Penn State University. He was employed for over ten years at the Grandville Hollow Pottery Shop in Julian and most recently at Murmac Farms in Zion. Christopher was of the Protestant faith. Along with his parents he is survived by a sister, Kaitlin Pyle who survives in Zion, and by his two special pets, Zoso and Nija. Christopher had a love of music and was a self taught guitarist. He will be most remembered as an extraordinary artist. His future plans were to pursue a career in the graphic arts. There will be a public visitation on Friday, August 10, 2007, from 10 until 11 a.m., the time of the service, at the Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., in Bellefonte. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 10, 2007, at 11 a.m., at the funeral home with the Rev. Marvin Freed officiating. Burial will follow at Centre County Memorial Park in College Township.
