Diane Ruth Gustine

March 5, 1941 - February 2, 2025

State College, Pennsylvania - Diane Ruth Gustine (née DeShon), 83, passed away on February 2, 2025, in State College, Pennsylvania.

Born on March 5, 1941, in Battle Creek, Michigan, Diane graduated from Battle Creek Central High School before pursuing a degree in Radiologic Technology at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo. Her career path reflected her dedication to helping others, a theme that carried through every aspect of her life.

She was preceded in death by her father Duane DeShon; mother Ruth DeShon; brother David DeShon; and sister-in-law Joyce DeShon. She is survived by her husband Dave, her sons Andrew and Michael, and three grandchildren.

Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 11 AM at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 250 East College Avenue, State College, Pennsylvania. Visitation will be at 10 AM.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the State College Food Bank or St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
