I was Company Clerk in the orderly room for the 131st SAC in Phu Bai in 67 & 68. Major Cooper (at the time) was the company executive officer. I had the privilege of working with him every day for several months. Typed lots of letters for him. I enjoyed him immensely. A wonderful person. I always wondered what became of him. Please except my sympathy. God Bless
