Pine Grove Mills, Pennsylvania - Janet A. Morgret, 72, of Pine Grove Mills, died Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Centre Care.

Born April 25, 1952, in Berlin, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Boyde H. Johnson and Irmgard Klimke Johnson, who survives in Pine Grove Mills.

She was a 1972 graduate of State College High School. After graduation she was employed by Murata Erie North America, Inc., State College, Centre Engineering, State College, and Piezo Kinetics, Bellefonte. Most recently Janet enjoyed her favorite job of all, pet sitting. Janet loved all animals, enjoying caring for them and helping their owners. She would bring the pets special treats, and she was always thinking about what she could do for them. The pets and owners loved and appreciated Janet.

Janet was a lifetime member of the VFW in Pine Grove Mills. She was also a member of the Legion in State College.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton Street, State College.

Graveside service will follow the visitation on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Pine Grove Mills Cemetery, 277 W. Pine Grove Road, Pine Grove Mills, with Pastor Jim Jacobs officiating.
