I heard from my brother today of Joe's passing. It is so sad for a good man to be gone too soon. I have many good memories of going to school and playing football with Joe. Our condolences to Joe's family.

My family and I are very sad to hear of Joe's passing. I went to high school with Joe and liked him very much. His easy going manner and sense of humor lent to his popularity . I will miss him greatly. He was a kind man and good friend. Joyce Korman Wilkes

Sorry for Joe's loss, remember him from high school (I was 75' Grad). It wasn't like Joe and I hung out together, but he was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. My thoughts and prayers be with you and God bless.

Jody and the Harvey Family,
The Harvey boys (Steve, Joe & Dan,) growing up, were like family to us Capparelle's. The long standing friendships go way back. Joe, my brother, Tim, and Kevin Kos were really good friends in school. While Steve, my sister Linda, and her husband, John, remain good friends to this day. Dan & I we went to school together, back then I saw him a lot. No matter when you see the Harvey Boys, there is always a familiar smile.
Joe's passing is difficult and has me reflecting on memories of yesterday. I remember a time (70's) when Tim, Joe & Kevin played guitars for a Catholic School performance, the song Black & White. Sometimes you will never know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory. The time you spent with each other created memories and moments that will be a part of you always.
Though your hearts hold deep sadness right now, no one can experience this sadness as you do. Sorrow, such as yours, is deep and real. Grief is a struggle, but so is God. May God comfort your heart, uplift your spirit and soothe your broken hearts.
Always,
Barbara Jean Capparelle Berenty

Far to young to lose you Joe.
You weren't just a cousin, you were a friend.
