I met Ken in the Summer of 1980 when we both had solo gigs playing at a little bar in Hawley, PA. We shared the same taste in music so he moved out to State College in the Fall when I went back to school. We started a band called Partners In Crime, a classic rock band doing everything from the Beatles to Queen, Genesis, and Pink Floyd. We were active in the area until around Thanksgiving 1981 when we called it quits. We played the Brewery, The Phyrst, The Shandygaff, Gatsbys, and some frat parties, and once on the HUB lawn for some school function like Movin' On or something. I graduated in May 1982 and moved to NJ. Ken never left. He was a great natural musician who was a pleasure to play with. He found a home in that college town. I saw him 2 months before he died at a fundraiser party to help with his medical bills in June 2019. He was a gentle soul with tremendous talent.

Ken was the best musician in town. He had an ear for detail and an incredible voice. I can't explain how much he influenced me and likely many other musicians in the area. His rendition of Harvest Moon still makes me weep. Ken, I'm sure you are in a better place and you will be missed. Much love to you and your family.
