Howard Lawrence Lowe, Sr. Charleston - Howard Lawrence Lowe, Sr., 92, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Jean Pye Lowe, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel. Howard was born June 3, 1930 in Van Buren, Missouri, son of the late Herbert Lowe and Alberta Campbell Lowe. He attended The Citadel and served in the US Army as a 2nd Lieutenant. Following his service commitment, Howard was a driver for Johnson Motor Lines and Coburg Dairy, and then formed Lowe and Lowe Construction. In addition to his wife of 38 years, Howard is survived by his children, Howard L Lowe, Jr. (Allison), Jean Marie Parks, William Scott Lowe, Robert Allen Lowe, Christy Carroll, Marie Baker, and Tom Baker; 19 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
