August 8, 2021
Charlotte, North Carolina - Ms. Allenia S. Waddell, 61 of Charlotte, passed away on August 8, 2021 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House - Huntersville. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:30 - 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn-West. Grier Funeral Service, 115 John McCarroll Avenue is in charge of arrangements.

I could never have enough good words to describe our dear friend and co-worker Allenia Waddell. She had the ability to always brighten others day, even in the midst of her pain and struggle. She was faithful, loving, ever eager to help with anything, and a delight to talk to about anything. She was so much fun to talk with about faith in our Lord and Saviour, to share stories about the trials and triumphs of our children, and to swap recipes and ideas with. Dana and I first met Allenia when I was with Grubb & Ellis Bissell Patrick in 1998. She is unforgettable, and remains always in our hearts and memories. Alan and Dana Marshall

Allenia was a beautiful spirit and had a light that shines from within. I had the privilege of working with her for about a year at The Keith Corp. and I'm forever thankful that I was able to meet her during that time and I am humbled to be able to call her my friend.

I worked with Allenia for seven years at The Keith Corporation in the early 2000's. We had a lot of good times and laughs together over those seven years. She always had a smiling, friendly greeting for those who entered the front door. She will truly be missed by all who loved her.

I never met Allenia, but I sure wish I could have had that blessing. I have been profoundly impacted by her legend. I am new to TKC and I have been blessed to hear countless stories about her for the last couple months by her adoring team. She was fun, funny and loved, and she gave so much love has been the moral of each story. Every week the wonderful delivery folks have asked about her, and it has been painful to see the delivery people nearly fall down when they learned of her passing. So this is what I mean when I say, I only know of the Legand of Ms. Allenia Waddell, she left her legend on many a hearts.
