Like many others, I had no idea that Ms. Alston was living here in Charlotte. It's still so much fun to listen to The Crystals on the radio! Much love to her family. What a legacy she left, and what a wonderful family she brought up.

So sorry to hear about Barbara Ann's death. I've been a fan of The Crystals for over 50 years. I had no idea she was living in Charlotte before her death. My deepest sympathy goes out to the family.

I never knew that such a wonderful talent was living right here in Charlotte. I am a fan from way, way back. Ms. Alston gave countless people hours of happy entertainment with her many gifts and she made this world a better place. My deepest sympathy to her family.
