Charlotte, North Carolina - Charles Shafer Dowis, 86, passed away peacefully at home on December 11, 2024. A memorial service will be conducted by Pastor Marcy Kenny at 11:00 a.m. Friday December 20, 2024 in the sanctuary of Community Church at Lake Wylie.
