No words can express the sadness that is left in my heart. Such a wonderful Aunt and friend to me and my young family. Always knowing the right thing to say and when to say it. You and mommy always taught me to be myself, be proud of who you are and what you do, and always, always be a "lady". I'll be sure to pass this on to my girls as they come up. So goodbye....for now...Aunt Charlotte. I will see you again someday. Wear your crown and robe and walk around heaven all day. And from time to time, sit at your master's feet and tell the story............of how you made it over. I will never forget you. I love you.

I have to call her my Aunt Charlotte to, not just by marriage but what I felt inside for her. When I was around her she treated me like any of her nieces and she kept it real with me.I love her and I miss her, but we will all be together again one day.

Aunt Charlotte, I thank you for the pink car while sight-seeing when I was but a child. I thank you for teaching me how to use a knife and fork (at the same time). I thank you for all the stories of you and Uncle Sly. I thank you for "Just five more minutes" and all the stories in general. I thank you for being an aunt to me and my children (even though they tended to cheat). I thank you for being my AUNTIE.....and FOREVER you will always be.........MY AUNTIE.---------------KEEP SMILING and doing the CHA CHA SLIDE!....WE LOVE U!!!!
