Ashley,
Though I only met you once and your mom a couple of times (through my sister, Robin), my heart goes out to you for your loss.
My brother in D.C. (who met her also) was surprised to spot Claudia (known as "Cloud" at that time) in a Sixties documentary film randomly chosen from a video store by Robin's daughter who was visiting him during college break at the time.
May God comfort you greatly and her memory always bring you joy. You and your family are remembered in my prayers.

Ashley,
I feel extremely lucky to have known your Mom. I wish I had gotten to know her better and she had been with us longer. I hope you know she's probably loving her "new life". You were the best daughter you could possibly be to her and please always remember that.

My wife and I didn't know Ms. Chandler very well, but every time we saw her, she showered us with love as if we had known each other forever. She was a sweet, kind woman, and we will certainly miss her.
