Curley Deese Obituary
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, June 15 at Elizabeth Baptist Church, the Rev. Osco Gardin officiating. Burial will be in Lakeland Memorial Park. Visitation is 7:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday at the church.
The family will be at 503 N. West Street, Monroe. The body will lie in state one hour before the service.
Mrs. Deese is survived by five sons, Calvin Watts of Monroe, George Watts of Waxhaw, Gerry Watts and Curtis Watts, both of Monroe, and Louis Watts of Lancaster, SC; two daughters, Mrs. Barry Covington of Monroe, and Mrs. Brenda Parson of Lawrenceville, GA; a brother, Louis Bradshaw of Monroe; two sisters, Mrs. Willia Perry and Mrs. Edith Covington, both of Monroe; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Grier Funeral Service, 704 Walk-up Avenue, Monroe, is assisting the family.
