Eleanor was an my aunt.My father Leander Faber is her brother. This is a "hello" to my cousins and to say "I'm sorry". Also, my parents, Lee & Ida send their love and want you to know that they would be there if they could. Dad and Mom said they both spoke to Eleanor on the telephone within the last month and she was doing fine. Dad is truly sorry that he lost his oldest sister. Regards, Mary Dwyer

The first time I met Eleanor was in 1991 when the church called me and asked if I could take her to the doctor...from then on she was like a grandmother to me and my 3 kids, Ryan, Jessica & Eric. We so enjoyed the many days and nights she spent here with us in our home. Jessica use to help her with the endless amount of sweepstakes entries (she never did win anything)And Eric was just an infant that she gave so much love to, reading stories and telling them. Rob and I found a grandma in her that neither of us ever had or got to know before they died. The last time I saw her she was in Brian Center and seeming ok. We have called her many times since and talked, or shall I say listen... I'm almost glad that I didn't see her in the last days or weeks so I can remember her just the way she was...playing on my piano for hours at a time, watching Discovery Channel and crying because a lion was killing a deer, taking her to Roses just so she can eat cheese curls and sit on the bench watching and talking to strangers. She will always be remembered and Loved by my family and me!
