Frank Surratt Obituary
January 30, 1937 - January 29, 2022
Rock Hill, South Carolina - Mr. Franklin Wyatt Surratt, 84, passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Piedmont Medical Center.
A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
Frank was a native of Rowan County, NC, the son of the late Ted Surratt and the late Pearl Wyatt Surratt. He attended Rowan County Schools and Appalachian University. He was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church and served on various church committees. He was a retired salesman.
Frank was an Eagle Scout. He helped organize and was the first Scout Master for Troop 350 in Rockwell, NC.
Surviving are his wife, Norma B. Surratt; his son, David F. Surratt of Rock Hill, SC; his daughter, Elizabeth S. Oxner of Greenville, SC; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Surratt's name to Grace Lutheran Church Scout Troop, 426 Oakland Ave., Rock Hill, SC 29730.
Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel is assisting the Surratt family and condolences may be made at www.greenefuneralhome.net.

Norma, so sorry to hear about Frank's death. We lived across the street from you on Munsee Street in Hidden Valley (1964-67). You and Frank were good neighbors. My deepest sympathy goes out to you, David and Elizabeth Ann.
