Jacob is survived by his mother, Kathy Greene, his brothers, Michael Greene, Daniel Heyman, and Cameron Greene, his girlfriend, Katie LoPresti, and countless other loved ones. A visitation will be held at J.B. Tallent Funeral Service on Saturday, Aug. 5 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a service at 1:30.

Jacob had a way of bringing joy to all who were around him just even for a brief moment! I had the privilege to know him through work and he will forever hold a special place in my heart! He made my life better each day and I am thankful to have known him. May you find comfort during this time.

Jacob brought joy and smiles every time I saw him over many years. My family sends prayers of healing to his entire family and all of the lives he made better simply by his presence. His energy and kind soul will be missed but his memory will forever bring smiles of love for having known him. ❤❤
