Charlotte, North Carolina - Jan Harrison Abrams of Charlotte, NC passed away peacefully on November 10th. Born in Rocky Mount, NC Jan attended Rocky Mount High School, Principia College, and graduated from Queens University of Charlotte. Jan was active in church and served in many capacities. She was quick with a smile for newcomers and dispensed hugs freely. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Barry Abrams, and her sister, Buffie Crothers of Indian Land, SC. Memorials may be sent to First Church of Christ, Scientist, 1048 E. Morehead St. Charlotte, NC 28204. Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville is proudly serving the Abrams family.
