Jasia Guryn Dudko died peacefully on April 15, 2024. She was born on June 6, 1938 in Rowno, Poland, then came to this country in 1949 as a child from displaced persons camps in Germany. She attended Notre Dame Academy in Southern Pines, and graduated from Sacred Heart College/Belmont Abbey College in 1963 with a BA in Business Administration and minor in Education. It was there she met her husband Stanley Dudko. They married on October 13, 1962.
Jasia was very involved with Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church. Her never ending passion of caring for others led her to become a CNA, working for agencies, hospices, and private clients. Her retirement years were filled with Gad-Abouts trips and activities.
Her smile and vibrant personality gave peace and healing to those around her. The twinkle in her eyes brought smiles to many faces.
Jasia is survived by her husband Stanley J Dudko, her daughter Roma Grogan, married to Thomas, her son Michael Dudko, and her sister Marysia Guryn Hall, married to Col (Ret.) J B Hall, numerous grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Jasia came to my husbands 50th reunion dinner along with her husband He was a Catholic High graduate in 1963. We all enjoyed and we're honored the Dudlos attended. Iam now a member of Queen of the Apostles and it is nice to know Jasia was so involved. Maybe i will see Stanley there at mass sometime. My husband was Chuck Norris. Iam so sorry to hear of Jasia's passing I pray for Blessing and comfort to her husband and family.

Jasia was a delightful classmate of mine at Sacred Heart College and I always remember her loving and kind ways to everyone she met. She and her mother and sister were always so thoughtful and respectful to everyone. Rest in peace Jasia, you´ll always have a special place in my memories.
