Jerry Hall Obituary
Mr. Hall, 67, of 700 Gentle Breeze Drive, Charlotte, died Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Saturn Nursing Home.
Funeral is 1 PM Saturday, March 25, at Silver Mount Baptist Church, with visitation 12:00-12:55 PM. Dr. Lincoln C. Lee and Minister David Scott Cunningham will officiate. Interment in York Memorial Park.
Mr. Hall was born in Lowesville, NC, and attended Plato Price School. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church for many years, where he was a founding member of the Tears of Joy Gospel Choir. He later joined Silver Mount Baptist Church, where he was a member of the Glimpse of Hope Radio Choir and a trustee until his health failed. He had retired from Norfolk Southern Railway.
Survivors include his wife, Curley Hall; four sons, Caudahy Hall (Sonja), Kelvyn Hall (Margaree), Rickey Hall (Sharon D.), and Jeffery Hall (Sharon A.); three daughters, Christa Hall, Twana Hall and Katanja Hall; and God daughters, Jamie Bennett and Odetta Maxwell, all of Charlotte.
A.L. Jinwright Funeral Service will be serving the Hall family.
