As we all know friends are in our lives for a season. I feel blessed that I was fortunate enough to be in Daddy Barnes' presents. He loved people and people loved him. May God welcome him into his new home. Don't fret, God is not through with him yet. Daddy Barnes is healed; he has been taken out of his illness. Rejoice! Mourn. Rejoice!

Mrs. Barnes and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of great loss. As stated in John 14, our prayer is that Our Savior, Jesus Christ, will comfort, protect, and guide you in times to come. It was quite evident in our visit with Mr. Barnes last Sunday, that his wife, daughters, and grandchildren brought him comfort and peace as soon as each one of you walked into his room. May God continue to bless and keep you.

To the family of Lenney A. Barnes: Please accept my sincerest condolences for the loss of a man among men, Lenney A. Barnes. Lynetta and I were best friends from the moment we met as nine-year-olds and Mr. Barnes helped foster our continued friendship. I always admired his ability to raise two daughters, Lynetta and Natasha to become strong women of distinction. Mr. Barnes you will be sorely missed. May God bless your family.
