Monroe, North Carolina - Linda Davis Revels, 75, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on July 12, 2024, in Matthews, NC. She was born on November 7, 1948, in Asheville, NC, to the late Therion Ray Davis and Hilda Faye Davis. Outside of Monroe, Linda has lived in Oak Island. In her free time, she enjoyed reading, laughing, and decorating. The family will remember her as someone who loved to laugh and
loved the beach. Linda is survived by her sons, Andrew Revels of Indian Trail, Jason Revels of Charlotte; daughter-in-law, Erin Revels; granddaughters, Brooke and Ella Revels of Indian Trail; brother, Joel Davis of Nederland, CO; sister-in-laws, Jennifer and Georgia Davis. She is preceded in death by both of her parents and her brother Russell. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Charlotte and the Alzheimer's Association.

Linda was a fun lady. Drove school bus with her back on the day. We would shop and eat out between routes with our friend Lana and always had the best times. RIP Linda!

I was so sorry to hear about your mother's passing. We spent many happy hours at Lansdowne Elementary School watching our boys play ball being coached by your dad and my late husband Joe Stringer. Deepest condolences to you and your families.
